A Winter Wedding

The Pinckney's Wedding at Sparrow Lane Wedding and Event Center was a day that left me absolutely speechless! The day began with light rain and overcast and by the early afternoon the day was full of blue skies that was perfect for photos.

Getting ready and the details

Bridesmaids photos

Olivia was accompanied by her best friends on her wedding day along with her sister Gabby who was the maid of honor. For the wedding colors they decided on green, white, and copper accents. These colors looked absolutely stunning with the venue.

Groomsmen photos

For the Groomsmen photos we did a series of fun photos that showed the gentleman's personality. One of those photos even included throwing the groom up in the air for the perfect and candid shots.

Ceremony time!

The ceremony was held inside in the chapel located at the venue. It was held in the afternoon which was perfect for lighting up the inside of the chapel for those beautiful shots.

Olivia was accompanied by her father who walked her down the isle. Both the bride and groom were in tears the first time that they saw each other on their wedding day, and it was a touching moment for everyone who was there.

Olivia and Titus shared their vows, communion, and their first kiss with each other as they were surrounded by their loved ones and friends.

Grand Exit

After the ceremony, the bride and groom had a receiving line that also included a grand exit as they left the chapel. Their family and friends lined up and threw bird seed as the newly married couple ran through the line.

Bride and Groom Portraits

One of my favorite parts of the wedding day is the individual portraits of the bride and groom. Prior to the wedding we planned where we wanted to take their photos as they were looking for a lot of variety. One of the unique parts about Sparrow Lane is that they have a huge rock wall that is down the road that is stunning for portraits. I had the opportunity to chauffeur the bride to the location where we began with their photos.

Now to the bridal party photos

There is nothing better than scrolling through your wedding gallery and seeing fun bridal party photos of some of your favorite individuals who are a part of your wedding day.

Now to the reception

This reception was defiantly one to remember. The bride and groom shared peach cobbler that was homemade by the bride's grandmother and that is what they shared and 'cut the cobbler'. For dinner they had a wide variety of beautiful foods that were laid out as a charcuterie board for guests to enjoy. The couple shared a romantic first dance and close friends gave toasts and speeches to the newly wed's. Once the DJ turned the music on, the dance floor came alive! It did not take long for the room to for a conga line and they danced the night away!
